I got into real estate in 2005 when our family made the decision to move back home to Olympia from Phoenix, AZ. Like several young parents, the choice of having our kids growing up close to their grandparents, aunts/uncles, and cousins, outweighed the excitement of living in the year-round sun.
My wife Christy and I grew up here. Both of us were born at St. Peters hospital and we are both Tumwater High School grads. The choice to raise our kids in the Olympia area may have been the best one in our lives so far.
